HEALTH E GUIDE NUTRITIONAL APPROACH
YOU ARE UNIQUE
There is not another person like you. Your personality, your outward appearance,
your fingerprints, your voice – all are uniquely your own. So, too are your nutritional
needs.
THERE IS NO ONE DIET THAT IS RIGHT FOR EVERYONE
Biochemical individuality is the term used to indicate how we all differ nutritionally.
We DO NEED the same food factors (protein, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals,
fibre), but we DO NOT NEED these factors in the same proportion or from the same
sources.
WHY?
- Our ability to digest, absorb and assimilate nutrients varies from person to person.
- Our bodies vary in their need for specific nutrients. Some of us have unusually
high needs for one or more food factors, often due to inborn metabolic differences.
- Some of us have stressful lifestyles that place high nutritional demands on our bodies.
WHAT IS THE BEST DIET APPROACH FOR YOU?
The answers do not lie in a textbook or a popular diet theory. The answer lies in
YOU. Your body has the answers – if you pay attention to the clues your body gives.
Your Health E Guide Nutrition Program is designed to support your optimal health
but it is important to understand that this is a learning process. Taking note of
your body’s responses to the program, especially in the beginning, will provide important
information that will lead to the discovery of your ideal diet. In addition to diet
changes, special supplements, cleanses, and detoxification may be necessary.
